Our Shipping Guarantee

We ship the order directly to your postal address with a paid invoice enclosed.  We ship through Canada Post “Expedited Parcel” with a tracking/delivery confirmation number forwarded directly to your email address for your shipment.  We pack every order very securely but rarely accidents do happen, although we must say on the whole Canada Post is quite reliable and if for some reason you do not receive your order or it is damaged during shipping, we will replace it with no charge to you!  We are committed to good customer relations and the way we see it, the way to do this is to provide a top quality product and good reliable service at affordable prices!
